SYNOPSIS

Ohio Israel trade and innovation partnership

R.C. 122.1712; Sections 2 and 3

Eliminates the authority of the minority leader of each legislative chamber to select a partnership member and instead requires that the majority leader of each chamber select all three members from the respective chamber, with two being from the majority party and one being from the minority party.

Eliminates the bill's appropriation.
