To enact section 5534.607 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 2 in Ottawa County as the "Cpl. Robert Dockstader Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5534.607 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:

Sec. 5534.607. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of state route number two between mile marker one hundred seventeen and mile marker one hundred twenty-two, in Ottawa county, shall be known as the "Cpl. Robert Dockstader Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
