Reinstatement of sections

R.C. 109.04, 2317.40, 2317.41, 2317.422, 2939.11, 2939.19, 2941.61, 2943.03, 2945.12, and 2945.45

Reinstates multiple repealed sections that did not conflict with the bill that dealt with records as evidence, the grand jury court reporter, testimony of a grand juror, pleas to indictment, sentencing a misdemeanor offender who was absent in a trial, and subpoenas directed to the sheriff of the county where issued or where the witnesses reside or are found.
