To restrict the purposes for which the tax revenue from any legal internet gaming in this state may be used.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. If the General Assembly enacts legislation that legalizes internet gaming, the revenue shall be used only for the purposes of funding school districts, publicly funded child care, and programs to address problem gaming.
