To enact section 5534.931 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of Interstate 70 in Franklin and Fairfield counties as the "CPL Lindsey William Mitchell Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5534.931 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:

Sec. 5534.931. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound lanes of interstate route number seventy between Brice road and state route two hundred fifty-six in Franklin and Fairfield counties shall be known as the "CPL Lindsey William Mitchell Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
