(4) Collects the money or other thing of value on behalf of a third party"

In line 131, delete "This" and insert "Divisions (B)(1), (2), and (4) of this"; delete "does" and insert "do"

Receiving proceeds of prostitution

Modifies the offense of "receiving proceeds of prostitution" to further prohibit a person from doing any of the following:

- Profiting from the money or other thing of value;

- Concealing the money or other thing value;

- Using the money or other thing of value to encourage or entice another to commit a criminal offense;

- Collecting the money or other thing of value on behalf of a third party.
