A BILL

To revise and streamline the state's occupational regulations.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. In accordance with S.B. 255 of the 132nd General Assembly, the General Assembly intends to enact legislation revising and streamlining occupational regulations to better accommodate the state's workforce.
