In line 25, after "Representatives." insert "The Speaker of the House of Representatives shall consult with the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives regarding the appointment of a member of the minority party of the House of Representatives."

In line 35, after "Senate." insert "The President of the Senate shall consult with the Minority Leader of the Senate regarding the appointment of a member of the minority party of the Senate."

SYNOPSIS

Consulting Minority Leaders about minority party members

Section 1(B)(1)(b)(v) and (c)(v)

Requires the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate to consult the Minority Leaders of the House and Senate, as applicable, regarding the appointment of minority party members to the Data Center Study Commission.
