Frontier Technologies and Quantum Commission
Section 1
Changes the name of the proposed Commission to the Frontier Technologies and Quantum Commission.
Removes Governor's appointments to the Commission and provides that the Commission will consist of four members of the House of Representatives and four members of the Senate.
Specifies that one member of the House of Representatives and one member of the Senate must serve as co-chairperson.
Specifies primary objectives for the Commission.
