Redirects a $575,000 earmark for Maroon Arts - Culture Lab Upgrades from Fund 7030 ALI C230FM, Cultural and Sports Facilities Projects, under Facilities Construction Commission (FCC), to a reappropriation in the same amount for Fund 7024 ALI C38463, Gravity Project Phase 2 - Taxable, under Columbus State Community College (CTI), effectively restoring ALI C38463 to the House-passed version of the bill.
