"(L)(1) The application of this section is limited to the sale or issuance of rental home marketplace guarantees and shall not be construed as limiting any law pertaining to the business of insurance in any other transaction.

(2) Section 3905.42 of the Revised Code governs any actions involving the business of insurance not otherwise covered in this section."
