R.C. 743.55 (deleted); R.C. 743.51 and 743.54 (conforming changes)

Removes the provision stating that none of the bill's municipal utility service provisions are to be construed to prohibit a municipal corporation from discontinuing municipal utility service to a tenant who is in arrears 30 days or more.
