A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring Connor Seals as a 2025 National Yo-Yo Champion.

WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to pay tribute to Connor Seals on securing first place at the 2025 National Yo-Yo 1A Division Championship; and

WHEREAS, Connor Seals is, indeed, deserving of acknowledgment for the time and hard work that he has invested in developing his skills at yo-yoing. At this year's National Yo-Yo Championship in Las Vegas, he placed first in the 1A Division with a score of 94.3, and understandably, his accomplishments have made his family, friends, and community very proud; and

WHEREAS, A tenacious competitor, Connor Seals can always be counted on to shine, and in the pursuit of his goals, he has conscientiously applied himself to the quest for excellence, training and practicing diligently in order to perfect his techniques. Understandably, the dedication, perseverance, creativity, and skill that he has exhibited have earned him many admirers; and

WHEREAS, By achieving such exceptional prowess, Connor Seals has gained the appreciation of his peers, the devotion of countless fans, and the respect of his community. His involvement in yo-yo competitions has enabled him to learn much about dedication, self-discipline, and leadership, and these lessons are sure to be of great use to him in the future; therefore be it

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, congratulate Connor Seals on his tremendous accomplishments and extend best wishes for the future; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Connor Seals.
