A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring the Dwyer School of Irish Dance Mixed Ceili Under 9 team on winning a 2025 North American Irish Dance Championship title.

WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to pay tribute to the Dwyer School of Irish Dance Mixed Ceili Under 9 team on placing first at the 2025 North American Irish Dance Championships; and

WHEREAS, The Dwyer School of Irish Dance Mixed Ceili Under 9 team has achieved a tremendous feat in winning a North American Irish Dance Championship crown. Indeed, its strong performance, combined with an adept drive to succeed, has led the squad to this outstanding victory, and the group has earned the support and esteem of many; and

WHEREAS, The accomplishments and development of the Dwyer School of Irish Dance Mixed Ceili Under 9 team are fine examples of what can be attained by a group of hard-working young people supported by dedicated instructors. Throughout extensive practice, training, and conditioning, the members have developed into dynamic competitors, and they are deserving of acknowledgement; and

WHEREAS, With great admiration, we congratulate the participants who comprise the Dwyer School of Irish Dance Mixed Ceili Under 9 team, for they have distinguished themselves among the Irish dance community and displayed superb prowess. Indeed, we are confident that as they meet their future challenges, they will take with them the lessons of comradery, diligence, and discipline; therefore be it

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, congratulate the Dwyer School of Irish Dance Mixed Ceili Under 9 team as a 2025 North American Irish Dance Champion and salute its members as exemplary Ohioans; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Dwyer School of Irish Dance Mixed Ceili Under 9 team.
