A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring Andrew Baumer as the 2025 Engineer of the Year.

WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Andrew Baumer on being named the 2025 Engineer of the Year by the County Engineers Association of Ohio; and

WHEREAS, Andrew Baumer has combined civic concern and dedication with the utmost professionalism to become a dynamic leader in his field, and he is deserving of high praise. The engineer for Auglaize County, he has demonstrated an exemplary willingness to tackle complicated projects, and through his admirable devotion to service and achievement, he has distinguished himself as a conscientious and hard-working Ohioan; and

WHEREAS, An enterprising and highly principled individual, Andrew Baumer has routinely exhibited unparalleled energy, skill, and resolve in the execution of his duties, and through his involvement with the board and committees of the County Engineers Association of Ohio, he has been instrumental to the success of numerous initiatives. Clearly, his vision and vitality have been discernible in all of his endeavors, and he has amply shown how very much a responsible and industrious person can accomplish; and

WHEREAS, Willingly giving of his time, energy, and abilities far beyond what was required or expected, Andrew Baumer has striven to improve the quality of life in his community. We are certain that in the years to come, he will continue to display the same unwavering commitment to excellence for which he has become known; therefore be it

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Andrew Baumer for outstanding attainment and salute him as one of Ohio’s finest citizens; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Andrew Baumer.
