A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring the Pulaski Garden Club on its Centennial.

WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate the Pulaski Garden Club on its One Hundredth Anniversary, celebrated April 12, 2026; and

WHEREAS, This is a significant milestone, and it provides an ideal time to acknowledge the spirit of friendship and passion for horticulture that has been crucial to the success of the Pulaski Garden Club since its establishment in 1926. Indeed, the group has engaged in an array of worthwhile activities and endeavors, and its impressive contributions to the welfare of Bryan and the surrounding area readily explain why it is so widely held in high esteem; and

WHEREAS, Over the past century, the Pulaski Garden Club has been recognized as a reputable local group, and it has gained a fine reputation as a dynamic force in the community. The organization’s continual commitment to excellence has encouraged the importance of learning about flowers, plants, and gardens and has been exemplified in its outstanding membership and meaningful initiatives; and

WHEREAS, All those associated with the Pulaski Garden Club are to be commended for their foresight, dedication, and selfless donations of time, energy, and ability far beyond what was required or expected. These Ohioans have earned the respect and admiration of many and have set an example of enthusiastic and responsible citizenship worthy of emulation; therefore be it

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, applaud the Pulaski Garden Club on its One Hundredth Anniversary and salute it as a remarkable Ohio resource; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Pulaski Garden Club.
