A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring Adriana Moreno and Saanvi Reddy on winning the 2025 Division I State Championship in girls doubles tennis.

WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Adriana Moreno and Saanvi Reddy as the 2025 Division I State Champions in girls doubles tennis; and

WHEREAS, Standout members of the Mason High School girls tennis team, Adriana Moreno and Saanvi Reddy are to be heartily commended, for by overcoming their opponents, also from Mason High School, in straight sets, they decisively earned the 2025 Division I State Girls Doubles Championship. Without exception, the duo prepared conscientiously in pursuit of this title, devoting countless hours to training in order to ensure peak conditioning, and clearly, this demanding regimen has paid handsome dividends; and

WHEREAS, Athletes such as Adriana Moreno and Saanvi Reddy exemplify the qualities necessary for excellence in any sport, including discipline, agility, conditioning, and focus. Throughout long hours of practice and competition, they have consistently demonstrated the talent and motivation that are the hallmarks of true champions; and

WHEREAS, With athletic competition playing such an important role in the total education of our young people, we are extremely pleased to pay tribute to Adriana Moreno and Saanvi Reddy on an exemplary season. Indeed, the maturity and experience they have gained through their participation in tennis will greatly aid them in meeting the challenges of the future; therefore be it

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, pay tribute to Adriana Moreno and Saanvi Reddy on securing the 2025 Division I State Championship in girls doubles tennis and extend best wishes for the years to come; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit duly authenticated copies of this Resolution to Adriana Moreno and Saanvi Reddy.
