A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring Franky’s Pizza & Delicatessen as a 2026 International Pizza Challenge Champion.

WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Franky's Pizza & Delicatessen on winning first place in the best Sicilian-style pizza category at the 2026 International Pizza Challenge in Las Vegas, Nevada; and

WHEREAS, This prestigious honor is a fitting tribute to all those associated with Franky's Pizza & Delicatessen, for they have consistently demonstrated exemplary professionalism and expertise, as well as a steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards. The tremendous effort and initiative exhibited by the staff have been instrumental in the success of the venture, and the devotion of each worker is truly deserving of high praise; and

WHEREAS, The accomplishments of Franky's Pizza & Delicatessen are a justifiable source of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on the restaurant itself but also on its astute management and hard-working employees. Due to their vision and initiative, this respected business has earned the gratitude and appreciation of many satisfied customers; and

WHEREAS, Since its inception, Franky's Pizza & Delicatessen has enhanced the quality of life within the surrounding area. We are certain that in the years to come, this fine establishment will continue to display the same unwavering dedication to excellence for which it has become known; therefore be it

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Franky's Pizza & Delicatessen on its recent accolade and extend best wishes for the future; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Franky's Pizza & Delicatessen.
