A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring The Toledo Clinic on its Centennial.

WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate The Toledo Clinic on its One Hundredth Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, The Toledo Clinic is deserving of high praise, for since its inception, it has attained a remarkable record of service to generations of Ohio families. Founded by three physicians in 1926, the network has become esteemed for providing access to quality, affordable care across more than forty medical and surgical specialties. As it upholds its mission to patients throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, it will continue to inspire the trust, confidence, and admiration for which it has become known; and

WHEREAS, The success of The Toledo Clinic is a justifiable source of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on the organization itself but also on its astute management and hard-working employees. Their vision and initiative are truly worthy of acknowledgement, for they have aptly represented the institution and gained it the gratitude and appreciation of many satisfied patients, area families, and community partners; and

WHEREAS, Over the past century, The Toledo Clinic has striven to improve the quality of life within the surrounding area, helping innumerable people achieve optimum health. We are certain that as this notable enterprise maintains its unfaltering dedication to service and achievement, it will continue to grow and prosper and will uphold the tradition of excellence that has long been its hallmark; therefore be it

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend The Toledo Clinic on its One Hundredth Anniversary and salute it as a leader in Ohio's healthcare industry; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to The Toledo Clinic.
