A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring Taggart Law Firm, L.P.A. on its Sesquicentennial.

WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Taggart Law Firm, L.P.A., on the auspicious occasion of its One Hundred Fiftieth Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, Recognition of this prestigious milestone is a fitting tribute to Taggart Law Firm, for throughout the past century and a half, this fine venture has attained a remarkable record of service to the area. Wayne County's oldest continuously existing law firm, the business was founded by Judge Frank Taggart in Wooster in 1876, and since that time, the organization's experienced attorneys and staff have been dedicated to providing quality legal representation for its clients; and

WHEREAS, The success of Taggart Law Firm is a justifiable source of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on the practice itself but also on the astute management of its owners, Jeffrey D. Musselman, David W. Zacour, and Kimberly A. Lang, and on its hard-working employees. This respected practice has earned the gratitude and appreciation of many satisfied clients due to the vision and initiative of its staff, and it is truly deserving of high praise; and

WHEREAS, Over the years, Taggart Law Firm has enhanced the quality of life within the surrounding area. We are certain that as this worthy establishment maintains its unwavering dedication to principled and professional representation for its clients, it will continue to prosper and will uphold the tradition of excellence that has long been its hallmark; therefore be it

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Taggart Law Firm, L.P.A., on its One Hundred Fiftieth Anniversary and extend best wishes for the future; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Taggart Law Firm, L.P.A.
