A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring the Grafton Midview Nancy’s Diner baseball team as the 2026 Hot Stove Class F State Champion.

WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to commend the Grafton Midview Nancy's Diner baseball team on winning the 2026 Hot Stove Class F State Championship; and

WHEREAS, The members of the Grafton Midview Nancy's Diner baseball team have proven to be a talented and superbly conditioned squad and have gained the respect of fans and opponents alike for their spirited and highly motivated performance. Throughout the season, the athletes worked diligently to improve their skills on the diamond, and as a result, they accomplished their goal of bringing home this year's Hot Stove Class F State Championship, their second consecutive state title, with a 12-1 win over Alliance Apex Elite; and

WHEREAS, Known as a driven and determined unit, the members of the Grafton Midview Nancy's Diner baseball team have developed into a remarkably efficient group of players whose skill is equaled only by their exemplary display of teamwork. They are a credit not only to their families and their community but also to the superb leadership of their coach, Dan Rozanski; and

WHEREAS, The road to victory is a difficult one, requiring ability, endurance, and a positive attitude on the part of players and coaches alike. The members of the Grafton Midview Nancy's Diner baseball team have exemplified the characteristics that are essential for success both in and out of competition, including courage, discipline, integrity, and good sportsmanship, and their efforts have earned them the admiration of all those who have witnessed these outstanding athletes in action; therefore be it

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, salute the Grafton Midview Nancy's Diner baseball team on its 2026 Hot Stove Class F State Championship and offer best wishes for the years to come; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Grafton Midview Nancy's Diner baseball team.
