A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring the Mechanics Bank Main Office on its One Hundredth Anniversary.

WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to the Mechanics Bank Main Office on the memorable occasion of its Centennial; and

WHEREAS, Established in 1926, the Mechanics Bank Main Office has experienced consistent prosperity and success due to its attention to friendly, reliable, and convenient service. Indeed, this remarkable financial institution has provided countless individuals in the local communities with outstanding fiscal guidance and leadership, and it has gained a well-deserved reputation for professionalism; and

WHEREAS, Throughout the past hundred years, the Mechanics Bank Main Office has witnessed many fluctuations in the economic climate of our state and nation, but it has always remained responsive to the needs and concerns of its customers. This worthy enterprise has diligently served its community, and we are certain that as this location begins another century of service, it will positively impact the area for years to come; and

WHEREAS, The success of the Mechanics Bank Main Office is a justifiable source of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on the business itself but also on its astute management and hard-working employees. Their vision and initiative have earned the institution the respect and esteem of its many satisfied customers, and they are truly deserving of admiration for their endeavors; therefore be it

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, congratulate the Mechanics Bank Main Office on its One Hundredth Anniversary and extend best wishes for continued success; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Mechanics Bank Main Office.
