Revises the mandatory disclosure wholesalers are required to make prior to entering into a wholesale agreement, removing language advising sellers to seek legal advice before entering into any agreement with a wholesaler and instead specifying that all buyers and sellers are entitled to seek legal or professional advice before entering into such an agreement.
