SYNOPSIS

Sale of Madison County land to county commissioners

Section 5

Modifies the sale price of land located in Deer Creek Township in Madison County that is currently managed by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction to the Madison County Board of Commissioners.

Removes language specifying that the sale price is $211,686.00 and instead requires a price acceptable to the Director of Administrative Services and the Director of Rehabilitation and Correction.
