SYNOPSIS

Delegation to Compact Commission

R.C. 4755.721

Decreases the timeframe in which the Athletic Trainers Section of the Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers Board must select an individual to serve on the Athletic Trainer Compact Commission from 90 days to 60 days, in alignment with the Compact provisions.

Similarly requires the Board to fill a vacancy in the position not later than 60 days, instead of 90.

Changes the reference to the individual selected to serve on the Commission from "delegate" to "commissioner" in alignment with terminology used in the Compact.
