In line 32, delete "a public"

In line 33, delete "hospitality employee,"; delete "the" and insert "a public hospitality"

In line 34, delete "may accept a gratuity" and insert "and"

In line 36, after "employment" insert ", both of the following apply:

(1) A person may give a gratuity to the employee.

(2) The employee may accept the gratuity"
