Existing employment relationship

Increases, from 14 to 21, the number of days immediately preceding a shift booked through a healthcare worker platform that a healthcare worker with an existing employment relationship to a health care facility or its parent company must have received W-2-reported compensation from the facility or parent in order for the healthcare worker to be excluded from the bill's proposed exemption from the definition of "employee" for purposes of certain labor laws.
