A BILL

To enact section 5534.59 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of U.S. Route 33 in Fairfield County and I-70 in Clark County as the "Congressman David Hobson Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5534.59 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:

Sec. 5534.59. (A) In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the following portions of highway shall be known as the "Congressman David Hobson Memorial Highway":

(1) The northbound and southbound lanes of United States route number thirty-three between Columbus-Lancaster road northwest and Logan-Lancaster road, in Fairfield county;

(2) The eastbound and westbound lanes of interstate route number seventy between state route number forty-one and United States route number sixty-eight, in Clark county.

(B) The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
