A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring Paige Bumgardner as a 2025 BPA State Champion.

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Paige Bumgardner on winning the 2025 Business Professionals of America State Championship in the human resources management category; and

WHEREAS, A senior at Hayes High School, Paige Bumgardner has striven to develop her capabilities, and consequently, she won first place in the human resources management category at this year’s BPA State Conference and qualified for the national contest. An intelligent and motivated individual, she has amply demonstrated her ability to meet challenges with enthusiasm and confidence and has displayed an exceptional willingness to work hard to produce superior results. Through her remarkable efforts, she has set an example worthy of emulation, and she is certainly deserving of high praise; and

WHEREAS, With self-discipline, perseverance, and resolve, Paige Bumgardner has striven to increase her knowledge and skills. Through her decisive leadership, she has distinguished herself as a conscientious and responsible young person, and we are certain that she will continue to display the same unwavering dedication to excellence for which she has become known; and

WHEREAS, Paige Bumgardner’s accomplishments are a justifiable source of pride and an excellent reflection not only on her but also on her family, her peers, her BPA advisors, her school, and her community. She has exhibited a sincere desire to do her best in all of her endeavors so that she might fulfill her goals in the future, and this, coupled with her maturity and initiative, shows her potential to become one of tomorrow’s leaders; therefore be it

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Paige Bumgardner for outstanding achievement and salute her as one of Ohio’s finest young citizens; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Paige Bumgardner.
