A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring Hynes Industries on its One Hundredth Anniversary.

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to commend Hynes Industries on the auspicious occasion of its One Hundredth Anniversary, celebrated June 21, 2025; and

WHEREAS, Recognition of this prestigious milestone is a fitting tribute to Hynes Industries, for over the past one hundred years, this fine business has attained a remarkable record of service throughout Ohio, Indiana, and beyond. Since its founding, the company has become a leader in designing and producing precision custom roll form metal solutions, and it has continually demonstrated its commitment to the highest industry standards, customer satisfaction, and competitive pricing. Indeed, its dedication to the best interests of its clientele has been evident in all its transactions; and

WHEREAS, The success of Hynes Industries is a justifiable source of pride and an outstanding reflection on the people who comprise the company, including its president and chief executive officer, Rick Organ, its hard-working senior management, and its dependable employees. Their vision and initiative have earned this respected institution the gratitude and appreciation of countless satisfied customers, and they are truly deserving of high praise; and

WHEREAS, Over the years, Hynes Industries has enhanced the quality of life for many and contributed greatly to the economic well-being of the regions it encompasses. We are certain that as this worthy enterprise maintains its dedication to service and achievement, it will continue to prosper and uphold the tradition of excellence that has long been its hallmark; therefore be it

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, congratulate Hynes Industries on its Centennial and extend best wishes for the future; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Hynes Industries.
