A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring Connor Seals on winning a 2025 Yo-Yo National Championship.

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Connor Seals as the 2025 National Yo-Yo 1A Division Championship; and

WHEREAS, Connor Seals has combined talent and competitive spirit with the highest ideals of achievement to establish himself as a truly exceptional individual. With admirable dedication, he has worked diligently toward attaining ultimate proficiency in yo-yoing, and as a result, he placed first in the 1A Division at this year’s National Yo-Yo Championships and qualified for the 2025 World Yo-Yo Competition; and

WHEREAS, Connor Seals’ accomplishments, both in and out of competition, are a justifiable source of pride and a fine reflection not only on him but also on his family and his community. His unwavering commitment to excellence has earned him the respect and esteem of many, and he is certainly worthy of high praise for his national championship; and

WHEREAS, With competition playing such an important role in the total development of our young people, we are extremely pleased to pay tribute to Connor Seals on his national title. Indeed, the same maturity and experience he has gained through his participation in this event will greatly aid him in meeting the challenges of the future; therefore be it

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Connor Seals on his 2025 National Yo-Yo 1A Division Championship crown and offer best wishes for continued success; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Connor Seals.
