A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring Shumaker, Loop, and Kendrick, LLP on its One Hundredth Anniversary.

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to Shumaker, Loop, and Kendrick, LLP, on the memorable occasion of its One Hundredth Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, Shumaker, Loop, and Kendrick is deserving of high praise, for throughout a century of operation, this fine company has attained a noteworthy record of accomplishment. The firm has earned the gratitude and appreciation of many satisfied clients, and its success is a justifiable source of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on the venture itself but also on its devoted leaders, on its hard-working attorneys and advisors, and on the Greater Toledo community; and

WHEREAS, Since its establishment, Shumaker, Loop, and Kendrick has experienced tremendous prosperity, and it has certainly enhanced the quality of life within the surrounding area. Indeed, it has continually demonstrated its exemplary commitment to the highest standards of legal service and customer satisfaction, and its dedication to the best interests of its clientele has been evident in all of its endeavors; and

WHEREAS, The continued growth of Shumaker, Loop, and Kendrick can be attributed to the vision and foresight of a host of innovative individuals, and those who have been associated with this fine entity over the past one hundred years are worthy of applause. It is through the work of citizens such as these that Ohio continues to be a pleasant place in which to live; therefore be it

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Shumaker, Loop, and Kendrick, LLP, on its Centennial and offer best wishes for the future; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Shumaker, Loop, and Kendrick, LLP.
