A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring Andrea Hofer for outstanding service to the State of Ohio.

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to Andrea Hofer for her loyal service to the Ohio Senate; and

WHEREAS, Andrea Hofer is a remarkable individual, for she has combined civic concern and dedication with selfless initiative to become a dynamic member of the Ohio Senate staff since joining in January 2025. She has ably served as deputy legal counsel, bringing a full measure of enthusiasm, intelligence, snacks, and ethical acumen to her duties; and

WHEREAS, Throughout her tenure, Andrea Hofer has given generously of her time, energy, and abilities, not to mention her own mobility, to assist the Ohio Senate and has demonstrated a praiseworthy commitment to the success of state government. She has provided a valuable service by giving sage counsel to each office and individual she has encountered, and without the efforts of people such as she, the Ohio Senate would be a far less enjoyable place to work; and

WHEREAS, Andrea Hofer’s contributions to the Ohio Senate have been greatly appreciated by all those who have had the pleasure of working with her. She has displayed exceptional devotion, responsibility, and enthusiasm in her endeavors, and we extend best wishes to her for the years to come; therefore be it

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Andrea Hofer on her exemplary state service and salute her as one of Ohio’s finest citizens; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Andrea Hofer.
