A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring the Ohio Mutual Insurance Group on its Quasquicentennial.

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate the Ohio Mutual Insurance Group on the auspicious occasion of its One Hundred Twenty‑fifth Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, Recognition of this prestigious milestone is a fitting tribute to the Ohio Mutual Insurance Group, for throughout its history, this fine business has attained a remarkable record of service to Bucyrus and the surrounding area. Established as the Ohio Mutual Tornado, Cyclone, and Windstorm Insurance Association in 1901, the venture has offered a variety of insurance products to protect homes, vehicles, small businesses, and farms, and since that time, the company has grown to serve the residents of not only Ohio but also Connecticut, Indiana, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin; and

WHEREAS, The success of the Ohio Mutual Insurance Group is a justifiable source of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on the business itself but also on its astute management and on its hard-working local agents. This respected enterprise has earned the gratitude and appreciation of many satisfied clients due to the vision and initiative of its staff, and it is truly deserving of high praise; and

WHEREAS, Over the years, the Ohio Mutual Insurance Group has enhanced the quality of life in our society. We are certain that as this worthy establishment maintains its unwavering dedication to service and achievement, it will continue to prosper and will uphold the tradition of excellence that has long been its hallmark; therefore be it

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend the Ohio Mutual Insurance Group on its One Hundred Twenty-fifth Anniversary and extend best wishes for the future; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Ohio Mutual Insurance Group.
