A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring Emma Rose Fisher on being crowned National Royal Little Princess.

WHEREAS,  The members of the House of Representatives of the 132nd General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to recognize Emma Rose Fisher on being selected to reign for 2017 as National Royal Little Princess at the American Magestics National Pageant; and

WHEREAS,  An intelligent, poised, and motivated young woman, Emma Fisher has striven to develop her knowledge and skills and to meet challenges with enthusiasm and confidence. The recipient of numerous accolades, including the Gold Presidential, Ohio Volunteer Citizen of the Year, and Pageantry Magazine Spirit awards, she has demonstrated an exceptional willingness to work hard to attain superior results, and in concordance with her unfaltering devotion, she has been crowned National Royal Little Princess for 2017; and 

WHEREAS,  The achievements of Emma Fisher are a justifiable source of pride and an excellent reflection not only on her but also on her family, her community, and her state. Displaying an enthusiastic and confident approach to life, coupled with maturity and initiative, she has the potential to become one of tomorrow’s leaders; and

WHEREAS,  Emma Fisher has shown self-discipline, perseverance, and resolve in all her endeavors, and through her tremendous efforts, she has set an example worthy of emulation. Indeed, her heartfelt conviction will be of great value to her in the years to come; therefore be it

RESOLVED,  That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 132nd General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, pay tribute to Emma Rose Fisher on her recent accolade and extend best wishes for continued happiness and fulfillment in the future; and be it further

RESOLVED,  That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Emma Rose Fisher.
