I write today to tender my resignation as State Senator for the 2nd District of Ohio, effective 11:59 p.m., Sunday, January 13, 2019.

It has been one of the greatest honors of my professional career to represent the wonderful people of the 2nd District and to serve with the members of this distinguished chamber. I am particularly proud of the work we have accomplished together during the last General Assembly.
