A BILL

To enact section 5534.828 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of Interstate Route 76 in Portage County as the "CPL Benjamin C. Dillon Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5534.828 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:

Sec. 5534.828. In addition to any other name prescribed by the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of interstate route number seventy-six between mile marker number forty-four and mile marker number forty-five, in Portage county only, shall be known as the "CPL Benjamin C. Dillon Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
