A BILL

To enact section 5534.606 of the Revised Code to designate a bridge over Conneaut Creek in Ashtabula County as the "Sgt. Thomas Cole Walker Memorial Bridge."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5534.606 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:

Sec. 5534.606. The bridge spanning West Branch Conneaut creek that is part of United States route number twenty and that is located in the municipal corporation of Conneaut in Ashtabula county shall be known as the "Sgt. Thomas Cole Walker Memorial Bridge."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.
