To amend section 3501.11 and to enact section 5.31 of the Revised Code to designate February 21 as "Congressman John Lewis Voter Registration Day" and to require the boards of elections to promote that day to encourage voter registration.

To amend sections 5747.01 and 5747.10 and to enact sections 120.61, 120.62, 120.63, 120.64, 120.65, 120.66, 120.67, and 120.68 of the Revised Code to establish the Ohio Public Defender State Loan Repayment Program, to establish a task force to study Ohio's indigent defense system, and to make an appropriation.

To amend sections 3302.151, 3319.111, 3319.229, 3319.26, 3319.61, 3333.048, and 3333.39 of the Revised Code and to amend Section 4 of H.B. 442 of the 133rd General Assembly to replace the Ohio Teacher Residency program with local new teacher mentorship programs beginning with the 2023-2024 school year.

To amend section 1509.28 of the Revised Code to revise the law governing unit operation.
