To amend sections 3321.141, 4510.036, 4511.043, 4511.204, and 4511.991 and to enact section 4511.992 of the Revised Code to expand the texting while driving prohibition to a general prohibition against using an electronic wireless communications device while driving, with certain exceptions, and to create data collection requirements based on associated violations of the distracted driving laws.
