The Senate met pursuant to adjournment.

Pursuant to Senate Rule No. 3, the Clerk called the Senate to order.

Senator O'Brien was selected to preside according to the rule.

The journal of the last legislative day was read and approved.

BILLS FOR THIRD CONSIDERATION

To enact section 3701.353 of the Revised Code to enact The Business Fairness Act and to declare an emergency, having been informally passed, was considered the third time.

Senator Schuring moved that Sub. S. B. No. 134 be informally passed and retain its place on the calendar.

The question being, "Shall the motion be agreed to?"

The motion was agreed to.
