Pursuant to Section 127.12 of the Ohio Revised Code, the President of the Senate appoints Senator Jay Hottinger to temporarily replace Senator Matt Dolan on the Controlling Board for the purposes of the March 7, 2022 meeting.

The President of the Senate temporarily removes Senator Kenny Yuko and appoints Senator Tina Maharath to the General Government Budget Committee for the purposes of the March 1, 2022 meeting.

Pursuant to Section 101.63(A)(2) of the Ohio Revised Code, the President hereby directs the Senate standing committee on Workforce and Higher Education to begin holding hearings to receive testimony of the public and chief executive officers of occupational licensing boards, and otherwise to review, consider, and evaluate the usefulness, performance, and effectiveness of the boards.
