A BILL

To require the Department of Education to study the feasibility of implementing a program similar to the Kentucky Bluegrass Challenge Academy.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. The Department of Education shall study the feasibility of implementing a program similar to the Kentucky Bluegrass Challenge Academy and submit a report of its findings to the General Assembly and to the Governor by June 30, 2024.
