BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That sections 5534.105, 5534.131, 5534.154, 5534.162, 5534.301, 5534.424, 5534.425, 5534.426, 5534.441, 5534.452, 5534.453, 5534.485, 5534.486, 5534.497, 5534.499, 5534.503, 5534.512, 5534.612, 5534.614, 5534.615, 5534.616, 5534.618, 5534.642, 5534.648, 5534.649, 5534.651, 5534.653, 5534.655, 5534.656, 5534.658, 5534.659, 5534.661, 5534.662, 5534.663, 5534.664, 5534.665, 5534.667, 5534.669, 5534.671, 5534.672, 5534.674, 5534.701, 5534.703, 5534.761, 5534.813, 5534.835, 5534.848, 5534.849, 5534.873, 5534.874, 5534.875, 5534.876, 5534.877, 5534.878, 5534.879, 5534.925, and 5534.963 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5534.105. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of Fulton road nw between Arlington avenue nw and Wales avenue nw, in Stark county, shall be known as the "Jackson Township Veterans Memorial Parkway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.131. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number one hundred ninety-nine, running in a northerly and southerly direction, between the intersection of that route and west south Boundary street and the intersection of that route and state route one hundred five, in Wood county only, shall be known as the "U.S. Army Private First Class Jerry Bockbrader Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.154. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of state route number thirty-nine between the intersection of that route and Mansfield Lucas road and the intersection of that route and Smart road, in Richland county, shall be known as the "PFC Richard 'Rick' Wesley McFarland Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.162. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the westbound and eastbound lanes of state route number two hundred eighty-three between east two hundred fiftieth street and Eastbrook drive, in Cuyahoga county, shall be known as the "SPC Connor Wilson-Reichert Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.301. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of interstate route number seventy-seven between interstate route number seventy-six and lovers lane, in the municipal corporation of Akron, shall be known as the "American Gold Star Mothers, Inc. Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.424. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known as interstate route number seventy-six, between Lakewood road and Industry road, in Portage county, shall be known as the "Patrolman William J. Keller Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.425. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northwestbound and southeastbound lanes of United States route number four hundred twenty-two between Warren Burton road and state route number five hundred thirty-four, in Trumbull county, shall be known as the "Chief Radio Operator Walter Dawson Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.426. In addition to any other name prescribed by the Revised Code or otherwise, the road known as United States route number sixty-two, running in an easterly and westerly direction, commencing at the intersection of that route and Western avenue and extending to the intersection of that route and south Mahoning avenue, within the municipal corporation of Alliance only, shall be known as the "Patrolman James P. Gardner Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.441. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, state route number one hundred seventy, running in a northwesterly and southeasterly direction within the municipal corporation of New Middletown, in Mahoning county, shall be known as the "Police Chief Ronnie Ricketts, Sr. Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.452. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as state route number thirty-nine, running in a westerly and easterly direction between the municipal corporations of Dellroy and Carrollton, in Carroll county, shall be known as the "Sheriff Dale R. Williams Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.453. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the southbound lane of state route number forty-six, between the intersection of that route and Youngstown drive and the intersection of that route and state route number four hundred forty-six, in Mahoning county, shall be known as the "Dispatcher T.J. D'Apolito Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.485. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number three hundred one between the intersections of state route number three hundred two and the northern border of Wayne county, in Wayne county, shall be known as the "Town and Country Firefighter Lt. Philip M. Wigal Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.486. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as state route number ninety-seven, running in a northwesterly and southeasterly direction between the municipal corporations of Bellville and Butler, in Richland county, shall be known as the "Firefighter Charles D. Swank Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.497. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number two hundred thirty-six between state route ninety-three, in Summit county, and Lafayette drive, in Stark county, shall be known as the "Patrolman Sean VanDenberg Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.499. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northeastbound and southwestbound lanes of United States route number twenty between Center road and Gerald road, in Ashtabula county, shall be known as the "Corporal John E. Ruch Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.503. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number thirty-six, running in a northeasterly and southwesterly direction, between the eastern border of Scioto township and the northern border of the municipal corporation of Ostrander, in Delaware county, shall be known as the "Kris Jordan Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.512. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the westbound and eastbound lanes of state route number five hundred sixty-two between interstate route number seventy-five and interstate route number seventy-one, in Hamilton county, shall be known as the "Brigid Kelly Norwood Lateral."

Sec. 5534.612. The bridge spanning the Mahoning river, located in the municipal corporation of Newton falls in Trumbull county and being a part of the highway known as state route five hundred thirty-four, shall be known as "Veterans Memorial Bridge."

Sec. 5534.614. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of United States route number one hundred twenty-seven between county road number one hundred twenty-six and Paulding county road number sixty, in Paulding county, shall be known as the "Staff Sgt. Zachary Wobler Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.615. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of interstate route number seventy-seven between mile marker twenty-five and mile marker twenty-nine, in Noble county, shall be known as the "Staff Sergeant George P. Mizik (USMC) Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.616. The bridge spanning Indian creek, located immediately outside the municipal corporation of Versailles in Darke county, and being a part of the road known as state route number forty-seven, shall be known as the "SSgt Gene F. Morrison Memorial Bridge."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.618. The bridge spanning Mud Run, between the intersection of Mock street and East Park avenue, located in the municipal corporation of Hubbard in Trumbull county and being a part of U.S. Route 62, shall be known as the "Hubbard First Responders Bridge."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.642. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of interstate route number two hundred seventy, between Cemetery road and Roberts road, in Franklin county, shall be known as the "PFC Henry "Rick" Hausman, Jr. Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.648. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound lanes of state route number eleven between interstate route number seventy-six and United States route number sixty-two, in Mahoning county, shall be known as the "Army Lt. Col. Robert R. Melnick Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.649. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number one hundred forty-nine, between the intersections of state route number seven and Tabot road, in Belmont county, shall be known as the "Sgt. Todd M. Bates Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.651. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number eight in the municipal corporation of Cuyahoga Falls, in Summit county, shall be known as the "Cpl. Jack O. McClure Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.653. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of interstate route number seventy-one between the border of Franklin and Delaware counties and the border of Delaware and Morrow counties, in Delaware county, shall be known as the "Delaware County Veterans Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.655. The bridge spanning state route number eleven, located in Vienna township in Trumbull county and being a part of the road known as Niles Vienna road, shall be known as the "Vienna Township Veterans Bridge."

Sec. 5534.656. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northeastbound and southwestbound lanes of state route number seven between archers fork road and Grandview hill road, in Washington county, shall be known as the "Specialist Five Frederick Wayne Taylor Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.658. The bridge spanning Walnut creek, located in the municipal corporation of Cortland in Trumbull county and being a part of the highway known as state route number five, shall be known as the "Cortland Veterans Memorial Bridge."

Sec. 5534.659. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of United States route number sixty-eight between the intersections of Dallas road and Hickory Grove road, in Champaign county, shall be known as the "Army Corporal Charles E. Hiltibran Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.661. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of state route number one hundred seventy-two between seventeenth street NW and thirty-second street NW, in Stark county, shall be known as the "Sgt. Cory M. Endlich Corridor."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5534.662. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northeastbound and southwestbound lanes of interstate route number ninety between east fifty-fifth street and east seventy-second street, in Cuyahoga county, shall be known as the "Lance Corporal Jimmy Rizzo Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.663. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of state route number one hundred sixty-three between Fostoria road and Hartshorn road, in Ottawa county, shall be known as the "Ottawa County Veterans Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.664. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number forty-four between Prouty road and Mentor avenue, in Lake county, shall be known as the "Lance Corporal Austin B. Schwenk Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.665. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the westbound and eastbound lanes of state route number two hundred seventy-three between state route number thirty-one and township road number one hundred ninety-seven, in Hardin county, shall be known as the "Major David McGue Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.667. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of United States route number sixty-eight between the intersections of township road number two hundred nineteen east and county road number thirty-seven, in Logan county, shall be known as the "Army PFC Herbert S. Bechtel Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.669. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number two hundred thirty-five between the intersections of township road number forty-three and state route number forty-seven, in Logan county, shall be known as the "Patrolman Frank J. Hossler Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.671. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of state route number one hundred sixty-one in Licking county shall be known as the "Licking County Veterans Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.672. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of interstate route seventy-seven commencing at mile marker thirty-three and proceeding in a southerly direction to mile marker thirty-two, within Noble county, shall be known as the "U.S.S. Shenandoah Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.674. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of state route number seven hundred eighty-one commencing at mile marker two and proceeding in an easterly direction to mile marker four, within Adams county, shall be known as the "CPL Willard Boston Wallace Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.701. The bridge connecting the southbound lanes of interstate route number seventy-five and the westbound lanes of interstate route number seventy-four in Hamilton county shall be known as the "Peter and Sarah Fossett Memorial Bridge."

Sec. 5534.703. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of state route number five hundred fifty-four, between state route number one hundred sixty and Roush Hollow road, in Gallia county, shall be known as the "Pharmacist's Mate Third Class Willard L. Shupe Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.761. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as Refugee road running in an easterly and westerly direction between state route number two hundred fifty-six and Pickerington road northwest, in Fairfield county, shall be known as the "Cpl. David A. Johnston Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.813. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number one hundred eighty-five between Burns road and Progress way, in Darke county, shall be known as the "LCpl Gerald Subler Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.835. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number forty-one between the municipal corporations of Peebles and West Union, in Adams county, shall be known as the "TSgt. Grover Lee Swearingen Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.848. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northeastbound and southwestbound lanes of United States route number twenty-four in Paulding county shall be known as the "Paulding County Purple Heart Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.849. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of United States route number thirty in Van Wert county shall be known as the "Van Wert County Veteran's Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.873. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as United States route number thirty-three, running in a southeasterly and northwesterly direction, between coonpath road northwest and Pickerington road northwest, in Fairfield county, shall be known as the "Lance Corporal James F. Kimple Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.874. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of United States route number thirty-three commencing at mile marker twenty-four and proceeding in an easterly direction to mile marker twenty-nine, in Auglaize county, shall be known as the "Army SSgt. Charles V. Kettler Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.875. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of state route number twenty-nine between mile marker twenty and mile marker twenty-five, in Auglaize county, shall be known as the "Army Sgt. Herbert C. Linville Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.876. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of state route number sixty-six between mile marker twenty-nine and mile marker thirty-two, in Auglaize county, shall be known as the "Army Sgt. Ronnie Blair Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.877. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of state route number one hundred twenty-nine between chapel road and the border of Indiana, in Butler county, shall be known as the "Sgt. Anthony Kress Vinnedge Memorial Highway."

Sec. 5534.878. The bridge spanning the St. Joseph river, located in the village of Montpelier in Williams county, and being part of state route number one hundred seven, shall be known as the "Gold and Blue Star Family Memorial Bridge."

Sec. 5534.879. The viaduct spanning the railroad tracks, located in the village of Montpelier in Williams county, and being part of state route number one hundred seven, shall be known as the "POW/MIA Memorial Viaduct."

Sec. 5534.925. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of state route number thirty-two between Glen Este-Withamsville road and the western border of Batavia township, in Clermont county, shall be known as the "Richard "Dick" Mallon Memorial Highway."

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number thirty-nine, running in a northwesterly and southeasterly direction, between the intersection of that route and state route number four hundred thirty and the intersection of that route and interstate route number seventy-one, in Richland county, shall be known as the "SM1 Cornelius Anthony McCafferty, Jr. Memorial Highway."
