A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring Jones Metal Products
on its Centennial.

WHEREAS,  The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Jones Metal Products on the auspicious occasion of its One Hundredth Anniversary; and

WHEREAS,  Recognition of this prestigious milestone is a fitting tribute to Jones Metal Products, for throughout the past century, this fine business has attained a remarkable record of service to the West Lafayette area. In 1923, Frank Jones established the venture in a former metal stamping and porcelain factory and soon began producing such items as hospital sick room utensils and lighting reflectors, and since that time, the company has transformed to provide its customers with a diverse range of high quality formed metal products for a variety of industries that are created by its talented staff and engineers using the latest in technology; and 

WHEREAS,  The success of Jones Metal Products is a justifiable source of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on the business itself but also on the astute management of its owner and chief executive officer, Dan Erb, and on its hard-working employees. Due to its vision and initiative, this respected enterprise has earned the gratitude and appreciation of many satisfied customers, and it is truly deserving of high praise; and

WHEREAS,  Over the years, Jones Metal Products has enhanced the quality of life within the surrounding community. We are certain that as this worthy establishment maintains its unwavering dedication to service and achievement, it will continue to prosper and will uphold the tradition of excellence that has long been its hallmark; therefore be it

RESOLVED,  That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Jones Metal Products on its One Hundredth Anniversary and extend best wishes for the future; and be it further

RESOLVED,  That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Jones Metal Products.
