A R E S O L U T I O N
Honoring
Nicholas Choo and Chase Klugo on winning
the 2024 Division I State
Championship in boys doubles tennis.
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Nicholas Choo and Chase Klugo as the 2024 Division I State Champions in boys doubles tennis; and
WHEREAS, Standout members of the Sycamore High School boys tennis team, Nicholas Choo and Chase Klugo are to be heartily commended, for by overcoming a wide field of tough opponents, they decisively earned this year’s Division I State doubles title. Without exception, the duo had prepared conscientiously in pursuit of this crown, devoting countless hours to training in order to ensure peak conditioning, and clearly, this demanding regimen has paid handsome dividends; and
WHEREAS, Athletes such as Nicholas Choo and Chase Klugo exemplify the qualities necessary for excellence in any sport, including discipline, agility, conditioning, and focus. Throughout long hours of practice and competition, they have consistently demonstrated the talent and motivation that are the hallmarks of true champions; and
WHEREAS, With athletic competition playing such an important role in the total education of our young people, we are extremely pleased to pay tribute to Nicholas Choo and Chase Klugo on an exemplary season. Indeed, the same maturity and experience they have gained through their participation in tennis will greatly aid them in meeting the challenges of the future; therefore be it
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, applaud Nicholas Choo and Chase Klugo on securing the 2024 Division I State Championship in boys doubles tennis and extend best wishes for the years to come; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit duly authenticated copies of this Resolution to Nicholas Choo and Chase Klugo.
