A R E S O L U T I O N

Honoring Francesca Jordan on being crowned the 2023 National American Miss Ohio Princess.

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 135th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to pay tribute to Francesca Jordan as the 2023 National American Miss Ohio Princess; and

WHEREAS, An intelligent, poised, and motivated young woman, Francesca Jordan has developed her knowledge and skills and has striven to meet challenges with enthusiasm and confidence. She has displayed an exceptional willingness to work hard to attain superior results, and through her unfaltering devotion, she has been selected as this year’s National American Miss Ohio Princess and will go on to compete in the National American Miss competition in Orlando, Florida; and

WHEREAS, Francesca Jordan has derived extra energy from her many activities and accomplishments, and her integrity and steadfast determination are truly admirable. Indeed, her dedication and commitment to the pursuit of her goals will carry her far beyond this event and will be of great value to her in the years to come; and

WHEREAS, The achievements of Francesca Jordan are a justifiable source of pride not only for her parents, Justin and Kristina Jordan, but also for her family and friends and the entire Barberton community. With maturity and initiative, she has shown her potential to become one of tomorrow’s leaders, and she can look forward to a future filled with promise; therefore be it

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, congratulate Francesca Jordan on her recent accolade and extend best wishes for continued happiness and fulfillment; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Francesca Jordan.
