(3) An employer that chooses to post the abstract on the employer's public web site on the internet shall ensure the abstract is accessible from the main page of the web site on which it is posted by use of not more than one link. An employer that maintains a web site for use by employees only and that chooses to post the abstract on the internet shall ensure the abstract is accessible from the main page of the employee web site by use of not more than one link"
In line 61, after "employees" insert ".
(3) An employer that chooses to post the summary on the employer's public web site on the internet shall ensure the summary is accessible from the main page of the web site on which it is posted by use of not more than one link.
