This legislation is not mandatory and cameras will be in full view of everyone. Esther's Law passed the Ohio Senate unopposed and is unopponsed by any major organization in Ohio and supported by many proponents. I ask the Ohio House of Representatives to follow the Ohio Senate and unaminously pass Esther's Law Ohio House Bill 58 to help stop the abuse of our elderly.",
